Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be held as credit for a future booking if cancelled 5 days prior to the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be settled one day prior to your event.

Security Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required. This will be returned within 24–48 hours after collection, once all items are inspected.

Event Duration

Your booking covers 4 hours of event time. Setup and breakdown are handled separately and do not count toward your hours.

No Refunds

All purchases made through Ink & Isle are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchased items, including but not limited to workshop kits, Between Tides boxes, Host Boxes, and All products listed on our website, under any circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner. The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete delivery details (address, phone number) at checkout

• Being reasonably reachable and responsive to the courier during delivery attempts

If the courier makes multiple attempts to reach you and receives no response, and the package is subsequently returned, lost, or undelivered as a result, Ink & Isle is not responsible and no refund will be issued.
